Dr. Adel Sio-Se-Marde, President of the University of Kurdistan, has officially appointed Dr. Seyed Navid Naqshbandi as the Acting Director of the University's Center for Documents and Manuscripts.

According to the University of Kurdistan Public Relations, the appointment decree issued by Dr. Adel Sio-Se-Marde to Dr. Seyed Navid Naqshbandi states: "In view of your commitment, extensive experience, and academic expertise, you are hereby appointed as the Acting Director of the University’s Center for Documents and Manuscripts, effective May 21, 2026 (1405/03/01), while maintaining your current instructional and research responsibilities."

In another part of the directive, the President of the University of Kurdistan emphasized the necessity of utilizing the collective wisdom and cooperation of the academic community to take fundamental steps toward the quantitative and qualitative advancement of the center.

Dr. Sio-Se-Marde concluded the decree by praying for Dr. Naqshbandi’s continued success in fulfilling his assigned responsibilities through the grace of the Almighty.
