On the afternoon of Saturday, October 4, 2025, a consultative meeting was held between the supervisors of the male and female student dormitories and the university's senior leadership in the meeting hall of the President's Office. The session was attended by Dr. Adel Si-o-Se-Marde, President of the University; Dr. Farzad Parsa, Vice President for Student Affairs; and Dr. Mohammad Samieifar, Advisor to the President and Head of Security, along with staff from their respective departments. During the meeting, issues and challenges related to the student dormitories were discussed, and strategies for improving the student residential environment were proposed.

This meeting provided a valuable opportunity for the exchange of ideas and collaborative thinking between dormitory officials and the university administration, aiming to collectively foster a safe, dynamic, and favorable environment for students.
