According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Kurdistan, the MoU was signed with the aim of developing joint interactions in the fields of science, research, education, culture, technology, and entrepreneurship.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Adel Si-o-seh-mordeh, President of the University of Kurdistan, and Dr. Mohammad Adel Rezaei, President of the Kurdistan Province Jihad Daneshgahi.

According to the terms of this MoU, the two institutions will collaborate in areas such as defining joint research projects, supporting knowledge-based companies, conducting training and internship courses, organizing cultural events and festivals for top ideas, and developing technological activities in the province.

This MoU is valid for a period of three years and is renewable upon mutual agreement. Financial and executive collaborations will be carried out under separate contracts within the framework of this agreement.
