This is to inform all members of the university community that, in accordance with the resolution of the Kurdistan Provincial Crisis Management Headquarters and due to the ongoing peak of the influenza outbreak in Sanandaj, all classes on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (December 6-8, 2025) will be conducted virtually through the university's online learning system.

  • Students: Username (Student ID), Password (National ID)

  • International Students: Username (Student ID), Password (Student ID)

• Esteemed professors are required to create a single webinar for each course and conduct all virtual sessions within that webinar, following the regular in-person weekly schedule.

• Dear students are required to attend the online classes according to their established in-person timetable.

• Instructional videos for faculty and students on how to use the virtual learning system are available on the system's login page.

• All administrative activities at the university will continue in person.

• Conferences and events are permitted, provided that health protocols and mask-wearing are strictly observed.
