Teaching and Research Laboratories of the Department of Mathematics

This computer laboratory was established in 2010 to enhance the quality of instruction for courses requiring programming and the analysis of software-based experimental results. The facility is equipped with twenty-one computer systems, a video projector, and other ancillary educational equipment.

Located on the third floor of the faculty building, this laboratory serves as a dedicated resource for students of the Department of Mathematics and also functions as a general instructional computing facility for the faculty. Access to the laboratory is managed by the Department of Mathematics, while all technical aspects, including software, hardware, and network administration, are overseen by the Laboratory Coordinator for the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

Specialized software relevant to the curriculum, such as MATLAB, Maple, and Mathematica, is installed on all systems. The laboratory provides students with a conducive environment to complete their academic exercises and course projects throughout the semester. Furthermore, continuous internet access is available to all students utilizing the facility.
