How to Apply for a University Internet Account?
Students of all academic levels can submit their requests by visiting the University Identity Management Portal at id.uok.ac.ir and selecting the "Student Registration" option.
Important Guidelines Post-Registration:

Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Level: Connection to the network is available immediately after registration. (Username: Student Number / Password: the password chosen during registration).

Postgraduate (Master's and Ph.D.) Levels: Account activation is subject to administrative verification and SMS confirmation. Please be patient until you receive the SMS containing your username. Upon receipt, you may connect to the university network using your new username and the password specified during registration.

How to Register for a University Email Account?
The procedure for acquiring an official university email account varies depending on the student's academic level:
1. Postgraduate Students (Master's and Ph.D.):

Visit the University Identity Management Portal at id.uok.ac.ir.

Log in to your account using your university internet credentials.

Select the "Request Email Account" option from the menu on the right.
2. Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Students:

Direct online application through the portal is not available for undergraduate students.

Application Procedure: The student must submit their request to their respective academic department. Upon departmental approval, the Head of the Department will send an official administrative correspondence to the University IT Department, explaining the necessity of the request, to initiate the account creation process.
